Farrokh’s love for food drove him to successfully complete three years with rankings from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, where he won numerous awards, including the All India Student Chef Competition.

He later, traveled overseas and spent his formative time, training at the renowned French restaurants. This formal training enhanced his flair for European Cuisine and Farrokh went on to create gastronomic delights for the menus of his fledgling company “Catering & Allied”. From a single kitchen unit in the precincts of his residence to the chef proprietor of one of Bombay’s leading catering companies and fine dining restaurants, he has proved his worth as a man who has climbed metaphorical mountains.
