The Must-Have Indian Bridal Shots

Considering the value of wedding photography, the process includes many responsibilities that may seem like a luxury. However, when you take a look at the memories down the lane of your special day that was created for you, the storytelling experience of today lightening your days, and when you think of celebrating the bond you share with your partner throughout the journey of your life, you will realize that wedding photography is a priority, more than being a luxury.

It’s important to plan with your wedding picture-taker so here are a few must-have wedding photos that will assist you with putting together your ideal album checklist. From the getting-ready shots to the popular sparkler exit photos, it is a must to design and examine your wedding pictures checklist with your photographer at least a week before the ceremony to assure all moments that are essential to you are captured on your big day. Before plunging into the Must-Have Photos Gallery, make sure to PIN this checklist!

The Ghoonghat Shot

There are so many varieties to this beneath the dupatta looks that you can do. From black and white shots, to close up or even a full top to down lehenga shot. You can decide whether you prefer to go for the shy bride look, or the fun side flash smiling shot. It's all up to you.

If you pick Shutter Down as your wedding photographer, you know clicking the under the dupatta look is going to be fulfilling.

The Flaunting with my Flare Pose

This is one of the iconic shots of an Indian bride. Twirling is not the only way of flaunting off your flare. This can easily be an alternative if you’re not too comfortable twirling around in your heavy lehenga.

Try to be smiling and happy in all your pictures. It makes for the best remembrances ever. Also, remember since you are the star of the show the cameras will be going to click-click ALL THE TIME. So always keep that in mind or you will be in for a surprise when you get your wedding photos!

The Giggly Happy Bride Shot

The first pic has got to be your favorite too. I couldn’t help but smile when I came across that photo. Such a frame-worthy one + A great conversation starter, don’t you think? I am so glad to see the emotion captured at the right time. I am a fan of Shutter Down. Like brilliant!

The Side-look Shot

If you’re wearing a nath with some stunning jewelry, then this is a must-take shot. The flowers, the jewelry, the side look it all makes for a pretty picture.

The Magical Twirling Pose

No wedding is impeccable without a twirling pose. Multiple twirling poses can be shot. After all, you’re spending big bucks on that flare, wearing the lehenga throughout your wedding functions, a bit of show-off toh Banta hai. Not only is it fun, but I have also seen brides the happiest when they are twirling in their princess dream outfits. Don’t be shy and keep going round and round till you get that perfectly captured shot. Trust me, it will be every bit worth it.

The one with the Bridesmaid

Your favorite girls are your core support system, and having them by your side on your biggest day is the best gift you can get. So getting that perfect shot clicked with the besties, it's high on the must-have bridal solo shots. There are so many pictures up there on the internet giving inspirations of the kind of poses you can do with your girlS, from a western wedding lineup photo, or a giggly girl squad pic, the list goes endless.

The Perfect Solo Shot

Nowadays, wedding jewelry is so extensive, whether it is khaandaani or rental. Wedding jewelry is all statement pieces, and not capturing it solo on the wedding day is a crime. A bride would never really wear all of the heavy jewelry and makeup on any other day, and so it makes perfect sense to capture the Indian bride in her full glory.

Photography is an astonishing way to document every moment of our lives so we will have that remembrance forever. You can look back on the shot and remember what was special during the time frame it was taken. Never stop capturing your life, because more adventures waiting for you that require to be frozen in time.
