Three C's - Chat Counter Checklist

Indian weddings are renowned for their grandeur, the sincere, opulent festivities, the music, and of course the delicious food and drink spread. An Indian wedding meal buffet must include everything from multicultural cuisines and continental specialties to unique desserts and a variety of drinks. It must be excellent! Finding a chat area at an Indian wedding is not difficult because every wedding has at least one spot set aside for savoury Indian chats. Who doesn’t enjoy these lip smacking snacks. Golgappas, aloo tikkis, bhel puris and so much more. As you go through this list you will be left drooling. Chats are the perfect way to treat your guests.

Aloo Chaat

The common ingredients in aloo chaat, a dish popular in northern India, are fried chunks of seasoned, parboiled potatoes, raw onion, chutney, lime juice, and a liberal amount of chaat masala.

Bhelpuri

There is so much texture in this meal. This dish begins with a base of puffed rice, or bhel, and crisp bits of fried dough strips, or puri. The green and tamarind chutneys are added on top, and it is frequently finished with cilantro, lime juice, and a hefty handful of peanuts and sev.

Golgappa

Nobody can refuse Gol Gappa! These sweet and tart little gems of bliss are an all-time favourite. Additionally, while you're there, you may employ Gol Gappa to play some entertaining games at your event. They are the best way to get a party started.

Samosa

Whether it is mini samosa or our classic large samos, these stuffed, crispy bursts of flavour is a famous Indian snack. There is simply no reason why it shouldn’t be part of your wedding. You can have veg samosa and non-veg samosa as well. The perfect way to keep your guests content!

We’ve all treated ourselves to some mouth-watering padi chaat more often than ever. This classic Indian chat deserves all the praise. It is tangy, sweet and sour and extremely flavourful. A true treat to your wedding guests.

Khakhra

Crunchy, roasted, yet nutritious! Almost too wonderful to be true? That, however, is a classic Khakhra for you. If served with sour pickles and sweet chutneys, your guests will get a mouthful of them.

We had loads of fun writing this blog. It was no easy feat as we couldn’t stop our mouths from watering. Cha.at stalls are absolutely delightful. We highly recommend you have them at your wedding. You can arrange a gol gappa eating contest as well. I mean weddings are always a place to have fun. So why not spice it up (in literal terms) with some chaats
